When you buy something or ask a question, we collect:
We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We don't show ads or let advertisers access your data. Your information is used to fulfill your order, respond to your questions, and maintain records of what you've purchased.
Your order and contact details are stored in our own database. Payment processing is handled by Paystack or PayPal directly — we never see your full card details. Transactional emails (order receipts, download links, reply notifications) are sent through Resend or our configured email provider.
We keep order and customer records indefinitely as a normal business record, unless you ask us to delete your information and there's no legal or accounting reason we need to retain it (for example, completed transaction records may need to be kept for tax purposes regardless of a deletion request).
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us directly.
We may update this policy as the business or this storefront's functionality changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
